Delivery options with Portals

Similar to a standard transfer, you have the option to select the delivery speed for your Portal's transfer: 


Standard delivery: If you don't change the delivery speed of your transfer, we'll automatically use our standard delivery method. There are no extra fees for this option, but keep in mind that the transfer will take a few days to complete.

- Express delivery: Want to speed things up? You can pick the express delivery option by tapping on 'show more', scrolling down to 'delivery', and then tapping on 'edit'. This gets the funds to the recipient faster for a small fee of 0.1%.


However, it’s important to keep in mind that if you change the delivery method for one Portal, this change will apply to all of your Portals.


What happens if the Express Delivery option isn't available?

If you pick the Express delivery option, but it's unavailable when we get your payment, we'll switch your transfer to Standard delivery and let you know via email. 


The email will explain what happened, confirm you won’t be charged for the express fee, and give you the option to refund the transfer if you’d like. 


You can refund your transfer by tapping the button in your email and following the on-screen instructions.
