You can review your account limits by clicking on the Profile icon in the bottom right of the navigation bar, and then selecting Limits.
From here, you'll see how much of your daily and monthly limits remain and how to increase them.
When you first open your account, you'll be on this tier. Your account limits will depend on how much of your information we've been able to verify so far and may be higher.
£/€850 per 30 day rolling period
£/€2,500 per 180 day rolling period
We'll ask you to perform a selfie-ID check and answer some questions about you and your account.
£/€15,000 per 30 day rolling period
£/€50,000 per 180 day rolling period
Transfers larger than the Plus tier limits will require you to submit documents related to your transfer and tell us why you are sending the money.
Advanced tier transfers are subject to our single transfer limits (see below).
Single transfer limits
Depending on the currencies involved in your transfer, the following limits apply:
|Currency||Pay out limit||Pay in limit|
|British pound (GBP)||No limit||£1 million|
The maximum allowed for a domestic GBP bank transfer (Faster Payments).
|Euro (EUR)||No limit||€100,000|
The maximum allowed for a domestic EUR bank transfer (SEPA Instant).
Australian dollar (AUD)
|Canadian dollar (CAD)||100,000 CAD||-|
|Danish krone (DKK)||500,000 DKK||-|
|Norwegian krone (NOK)||No limit||-|
|Polish zloty (PLN)||1 million PLN||-|
|Swedish króna (SEK)||No limit||-|
|US dollar (USD)||1 million USD||-|
The lower of each limit will always apply. For example, when sending from GBP to USD the pay-out limit of 1 million USD applies (which is roughly £800,000). Whereas, when sending from EUR to USD, the pay in limit of €100.000 applies (which is roughly 105,000 USD).
You can make as many transfers as you like up to your account limits (see above). Please be aware that your own bank might have different single transfer limits.
